Panayiotis Lenos, a knowledgeable and confident individual, has a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management at the University of the Orange Free State (South Africa) and Introduction to hospitality Today with American Hotel & Motel Association (AH&LEI) possessing several professional qualifications in Hospitality and people management, with 23 years of F&B experience including strategic managerial roles, focusing on creating and implementing various operational processes and strategies. Over the past 5 years, his passion for Hotels led him to undertake Management roles in Family, Adults Only & Boutique Hotels.
Panayiotis has also received awards such as the” Inspirational Leadership Achievement Award” for a leading group of franchise restaurants & cafés as well as international recognition for “ adhering to quality brand standards”. He has received training in various countries such as UK, Greece & Holland. Having owned his own business for 12 years, he has also managed to open and setup restaurants and Hotels throughout Cyprus.
Having worked across several high-profile settings on 2 continents (Cyprus & South Africa), an accustomed individual in combining experience and knowledge whilst boasting a true passion for service excellence, is now a trainer of the Cyprus Hospitality Educational Institute (CHEI).
